Where is my data stored?
Primary data storage and core application processing occur within the EEA. Certain subprocessors located outside the EEA may process limited data for specific purposes (e.g. AI analysis, notifications), safeguarded by Standard Contractual Clauses and additional technical measures.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting privacy@dalip.ai. We will process your request within 30 days.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We only share data with subprocessors necessary to provide our service. See our Subprocessor List for details. We never sell your data.
Is Dalip.ai ISO certified?
Yes. Dalip.ai is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified — the internationally recognized standard for information security management. Our certification is independently audited and covers the people, processes, and technology behind our service.
Is Dalip.ai GDPR compliant?
Yes. We are fully committed to GDPR compliance, including data subject rights, breach notification within 72 hours, and Data Processing Agreements for all customers. We are also ISO 27001 certified.
