1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dalip.ai (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Service Description

Dalip.ai is a SaaS platform that helps managers conduct effective 1-on-1 meetings through AI-powered preparation, transcription, note generation, and follow-up tracking.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be 18 years or older to use the Service
  • One person or organization may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

5. Data and Privacy

  • We process data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us license to process your content to provide the Service
  • Meeting data is stored securely and accessible only to meeting participants
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

  • The Service uses AI to generate meeting summaries, action items, and suggestions
  • AI outputs are provided as assistance and should be reviewed by users
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated content
  • You are responsible for verifying and editing AI outputs before sharing

7. Subscriptions and Payment

  • Paid features require an active subscription
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension

8. Intellectual Property

  • Dalip.ai and its features are owned by Dalip AI AS
  • Your content remains yours
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.

10. Service Availability

  • We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dalip AI AS against claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

13. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately
  • You may request data export before termination

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oslo, Norway.
